Exquisite and elegant vintage sapphire and diamond band ring crafted in 18K yellow gold. Emerald cut natural blue sapphire is flanked on each side with sparkling princess cut diamonds. This is a perfect stacking ring, but it could also be a lovely alternative wedding band or anniversary half eternity ring.
