Oval Bloodstone 10K Gold Antique RIng 1910s
Beautiful oval bloodstone is showcased in this stunning antique Edwardian pinky ring, crafted in 10K yellow gold. A navette heliotrope cabochon has rich colors of dark green chalcedony with splashes of red jasper which is the reason it is called a bloodstone. A triple fork shoulder and a plain band completes this beauty. Bloodstone was treasured not only as a talisman of good health and long life, but was reputed to bring its owner respect, good fortune, riches and fame. Fantastic antique ring with a rich meaning!
