Originating its life as a watch fob, this lovely antique Victorian 18K gold filled compass takes on a new direction as the perfect good luck charm pendant for a necklace. The thick, round glass-covered working compass has red and black enamel directionals and a cobalt blue working pin on the inside. A twisted ribbon braid encircles the compass which is the same on the back and front. The pendant fob is wonderful for a dear friend, graduation, or even for layering with others.
A compass provides guidance and navigation through life's unexpected twists and turns. Each cardinal direction has a significant meaning. North represents home and wisdom. Measurements: The compass measures 1 1/2 inches and is 1 inch wide. We've added a 17.5 inch gold filled chain for ease of wear.
