This distinguished Victorian pendant showcases a pear-shaped carbuncle garnet cabochon, the January birthstone, set in sumptuous 15K yellow gold. The deep red garnet is crowned by a gold star embellished with rose-cut diamonds and encircled by a delicate halo of pearls, further accented by a ring of antique rose-cut diamonds.
