Do you have a LAYAWAY plan?
We offer interest free installments through ShopPay which is on every listing. We also have an interest free LAYAWAY plan for items over $200 should you need that option. We offer a 60 day term with a 25% non refundable deposit. We will create a listing for the down payment. Payments not received when billed and within the allotted time frame will negate the sale and your initial deposit will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been discussed. Please note that your deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
By completing the checkout process, you agree to all the terms associated with the layaway plan which includes completing payments in the agreed specified time. Backing out on the layaway will result in loss of your initial deposit. No returns or exchanges on layaway items.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide. Our charge for shipping is for 1st Class mail insured with upgraded shipping options of Priority Mail, Express Priority as well as all services through UPS available at checkout.
Do you offer resizing options on your rings?
We don't personally resize rings and take them to our goldsmith to be resized. They are equipped with laser welders and work with antique and vintage jewelry taking into consideration their slight nuances. The jeweler charges $75 for sizing up or down a whole size. If a ring is to be sized larger than a whole size, please contact us for pricing as more gold would need to be added.
Will my order come with an appraisal?
We are not professional GIA gemologists but have over 25 years in the jewelry business devoting many hours to the study of gemology and design. Descriptions are written with verbal information given from a GIA gemologist who has inspected the piece. We can have an item sent for an appraisal at an additional non-refundable cost should you choose that option. Contact us for pricing and details.
