Victorian Banded Agate Silver Fleur de Lis Carnelian Brooch
Nineteenth-century hand carved antique carnelian banded agate Victorian brooch superbly rendered with sterling silver flour de lis accents. The ornately embossed fleur de lis are twisted twisted around the hexagonally carved stone and showcases the rich red orange carnelian colored agate beautifully. Fleur de lis jewelry represents loyalty and fidelity and is a French term meaning “flower of the lily”. A wonderful piece of history!
