Fine Art Deco 14K White Gold Aquamarine and Diamond Ring
A very fine authentic antique Art Deco ring, rendered in 14K white gold, featuring two blue natural aquamarine stones with a diamond center. The elaborately engraved ring, circa 1920s, has two arrow shaped aquamarines with a raised diamond in the center. The sides and base of the ring also have a detailed engraving with the shoulders and part of the band having a foliate design. The perfect engagement ring or something special for the lady who has a March birthday!
The aquamarine is fabled to originate in the treasure chest of fabulous mermaids and has, since ancient times, been regarded as the sailors' lucky stone. Aquamarine is the birthstone for those born in March and also a symbolic gift for the 19th anniversary.
