Antique Victorian Rose Gold Wedding Bracelet Pair
Exquisite matched pair of antique Victorian wedding bracelet, circa 1880s, rendered in a rose gold with Etruscan cross over design in the front. Each hinged bracelet has a rose gold band that ends with an Etruscan beaded gold pyramid on one end and the other a round ball. Elaborate and decorative, the bracelets close with a slide clasp and safety chain. A rare pair of antique bracelets!
During Victorian times, a bracelet was given and worn when betrothed and the matching bangle worn after marriage. A sentimental and endearing tradition of love!
