This exquisite Italian micro mosaic necklace from the late 1800s features shamrock clovers crafted with delicate green tesserae, including darker leaves for added detail. Alternating with blue star-shaped rounds, the clover design ends with a gilded snake chain secured by a pin clasp. Originally acquired during a young lady’s Victorian Grand Tour, this rare shamrock design Renaissance revival piece is a beautiful example of antique craftsmanship.
