Antique 1800s Silver Black Enamel Austro Hungarian Bracelet
Victorian bangle Austro Hungarian piece of mourning jewelry in silver and thick black enamel, circa late 1800s. The Georg Adam Scheid hallmarked Victorian enameled mourning bangle is of Austria Hungary origins bears hallmarks on both the tongue and the inside of the bangle. Decorative design in silver graces the hinge as well as the tongue slide clasp. While meant for mourning during the time, the bangle is a classic bracelet for today's times.

Condition: Silver bright and the enamel in good condition with a chip near the clasp edge and one along the rim. Both are solely in the black enamel and difficult to see. A superb antique piece of jewelry!
