Antique Edwardian 14K yellow gold lavaliere necklace, circa 1910s, featuring a diamond and Akoya pearl. This precious piece features a genuine diamond sparkling from the center of the buttercup style setting within a gold openwork Art Nouveau / Edwardian style pendant. Dangling below is a fine Akoya pearl. Great craftsmanship and detail!

Measurements: The pendant measures 1 3/4 inches tall. A fine 14K chain completes the piece.
Condition: Very good with no chips or nicks to the diamond or the pearls. A lovely piece!

International packages that are refused at the point of delivery will NOT be refunded. Packages are shipped by First Class International ($18.00) which includes insurance.  On checkout, there are options to upgrade to Priority ($35.00) with insurance included or Express ($65.00) with insurance included in shipping charge.  International packages that are refused at the point of delivery will not be refunded.

These include metal smithing techniques, stones and stone settings, faceting styles and techniques, construction, wear, aesthetics, materials and more and placed within the context of jewelry history.  Each piece has been professionally examined and verbally appraised as well as being tested for metal content.  We do not provide a written appraisal but should you desire one, it can be purchased at an additional cost.

    In addition, please note that colored stones, pearls and other gemstones may have been treated to enhance color, stability or clarity. However, enhancements are not always detectable.
