Natural sapphires and pearls form this superb antique 14K gold Art Nouveau pin brooch in the shape of a crescent moon. Natural pearls and blue sapphire alternate and graduate along the crescent moon shape with a c-clasp back. Perfect for any kind of gift from a special anniversary, girlfriend, or for 'something blue' for the bride.

These include metal smithing techniques, stones and stone settings, faceting styles and techniques, construction, wear, aesthetics, materials and more and placed within the context of jewelry history.  Each piece has been professionally examined and verbally appraised as well as being tested for metal content.  We do not provide a written appraisal but should you desire one, it can be purchased at an additional cost.

    In addition, please note that colored stones, pearls and other gemstones may have been treated to enhance color, stability or clarity. However, enhancements are not always detectable.
