A spectacular vintage Indian necklace showcasing the extraordinary beauty of Thewa craftsmanship, with glowing emerald-green glass, intricate 18K gold tracery, and layers of richly colored glass beads.
The centerpiece is a finely detailed 18K gold plaque depicting graceful peacocks among leafy foliage, set against transparent emerald-green enamel. The delicate gold tracery is wonderfully intricate, creating a luminous, almost jewel-box effect against the green glass.
Surrounding the pendant are green and amber glass beads, with additional green glass drops that sway beautifully beneath the pendant. A twisted chain of green glass and gold beads leads into multiple strands of luminous green glass, creating a wonderfully substantial and eye-catching necklace.
