Wonderful circa 1880s Victorian locket pendant featuring lovely robin's egg blue enamel with a 12 kt yellow gold engraved flower embellished front dotted with delicate seed pearls. The enamel is band wrapped in gold with a decorative enamel and gold bale. The locket opens to reveal two compartments, to hold a memento, photo, or a lock of hair. Such a sentimental piece of antique jewelry!

Measurements: The locket measures 1 1/4 inches including the bail with the added 12K gold-filled chain measuring 18 inches.
Hallmarks: Tested positive for 12 kt yellow gold with the inside a silver metal.
Condition: Very good overall antique condition with no dents or dings and all enamel present on the locket. There is a slight enamel deficiency on the bale with the locket closing with a firm snap. An exceptionally well-kept locket throughout the years!
