This Georgian period verge fusee pocket watch escapement choker necklace captures steampunk charm beautifully. Made from genuine pocket watch escapements dating from the 1700s to 1800s, it features gold-gilded watch balance cocks adorned with intricate foliate and face engravings. These hand-carved and hand-engraved components were originally crafted to protect the delicate workings inside Fusee Verge watches and clocks from the 16th to 18th centuries. Each piece displays exquisite scrolls, floral motifs, and detailed faces. During the Victorian era, these antique watch parts were repurposed into unique jewelry, linked by “o” rings to create necklaces, bracelets, brooches, and earrings.
