This stunning French 14K gold safety pin brooch features a beautifully detailed enamel miniature portrait of a young maiden. The metallic enamel portrait is expertly encased in a 14K gold oval frame and secured with a safety pin-style backing. The maiden is depicted wearing a metallic enamel hat and clothing set against a rich red background. The brooch is signed by the artist Bardonnallo and showcases incredible detail.
