Exquisite vintage French 14K gold ring with a blue enamel front having handpainted flowers surrounded by fine splashes of gold. The rich cobalt blue enamel is held in place with multiple fleur de lis prongs and is band wrapped with a twisted braid base that connects to wide triple split shoulders. A beautiful vintage piece of jewelry!
