An enchanting Art Deco moss agate marcasite drop pendant necklace, rendered in sterling silver, is a real eye-catcher. The pendant features a rich, detailed free-form cut moss agate with a carved silver floral top studded with glimmering marcasites! The agate displays beautiful coloring from a deep moss green to a translucent white with hues of muted umber. Agate necklaces were so popular in Victorian England that by around 1900, the mines that produced these stones were exhausted.
