Privacy
Boylerpf Antique and Vintage Jewelry recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information of each and every one of our clients. If you happen to opt to provide us with any personal information we will use this in order to communicate with you regarding any questions you ask, purchases made, orders placed and email confirmation of shipping. We will not sell, rent or disclose your name, address, email address or other personal information unless required to do so by law.
Payments
We accept Paypal, money orders and cashiers checks. Money orders or cashiers checks should be received within 7 business days or item will be relisted. Please contact us if you are going to purchase with a money order or cashiers check.
If you need a longer payment time, we also have a LAYAWAY plan for items over $200 should you need that option. A minimum down payment can be made after the purchase with a monthly payment schedule catered to your needs. We do ask that all payments be made within a 3 month time period. Just email us with your details.
Shipping
We gladly combine shipping on multiple items purchased. All US purchases are shipped within 24 hours of payment barring weekends and holidays. Purchases are mailed by USPS First Class. Insurance is also extra and your option. All packages are wrapped securely, boxed and sent with a delivery confirmation.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the price. These charges, whatever they may be, are the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. International packages that are refused at the point of delivery will not be refunded.
All packages are shipped by First Class International which does not include insurance or a tracking number. If you would like a different form of shipping, please contact us so we can discuss the options.
Refunds or Exchanges
As these are vintage pieces they are sold in AS IS condition and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do our best to describe all items as they are found with condition and approximate age determined. The photos are considered part of the description. If an item description was substantially inaccurate (ie broken, wrong color such as green not red), we will gladly refund your purchase less shipping. NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR BUYERS REMORSE or because you decided you didn’t like the item or it wasn’t what you expected.
Should a return be granted for an inaccurate description, the piece must be returned in the original condition and packaging sent, insured, POSTMARKED within 2 days after receiving the package in the mail and contacting us…NO exceptions. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Should a buyer return an item without consent/approval from the seller, there will be a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Please be aware that monitors vary and a return will not be granted due to color variances. What may appear as normal wear to us may be significant to you.
We are happy to answer any and all questions you may have as well as sending additional photos.
Additional Policies and FAQs
ALL the jewelry is vintage or antique and has been previously worn. Items will show wear commensurate with their age and any major flaws will be noted. Many enlarged close, detailed photos are taken for you to view. All items are described and dated to the best of our knowledge. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us or request additional photos. You, the buyer, are the final judge after viewing the photos and reading the description.
