Stunning Victorian era Bohemian garnet necklace! Deep rich rose cut garnets are set in a sterling silver gold wash mounting with the entire chain having scalloped links. Three large double layer open back garnet flower elements drop from the center alternating with matching scallop pendants forming a bib. A hidden slide clasp hallmarked Sterling closes the piece. Very rich coloring and a wonderful, beautifully made garnet necklace!

Condition: Very good with all garnets present and all appear original to the necklace. The gilt vermeil adds a lovely contrast to the vibrant garnets…clasp secure.
